Grzegorz Kawecki President of the Managment Board of Pekabex
Development Sp. z o.o.
Expert of the Board of the Polish Association of Development Companies. Collaborator at the Warsaw School of Economics, College of Business Administration, Institute of Human Capital. Graduate of the University of Szczecin, Faculty of Humanities, with a degree in Political Science and Law.
From 1997 to 2006, he served as the Director of Expansion and Marketing for the nationwide chain of KOMFORT stores. From 2006 to 2018, he was the Vice President of the Management Board of SGI S.A. and the President of the Management Board of SGI Sp. z o.o., a nationwide developer executing residential, office, and shopping center projects in six cities across Poland. In 2019, he advised publicly traded development companies on strategy development and investment process optimization. From 2020 to December 2022, he was the Vice President fo the Managment Board of Marvipol Development S.A., and since February 2023, he has been the Vice President of the Managment Board of Linkcity S.A. Bouygues France. He has been the President of the Management Board of Pekabex Development since 2023.
Piotr Witkowski Member of the Management Board of Pekabex Development Sp. z o.o.
He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw with a degree in Law and the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Banking, earning a master’s degree from both institutions.
He began his professional career at Sovereign Capital, where he worked as a project manager, then as associate director, and finally as a member of the management board, leading restructuring projects and participating in the management of the fund’s portfolio companies. He has been associated with the Pekabex Group since 2007, holding advisory roles, serving as the Director of the Legal Department, and currently as the Director of Development, responsible for mergers and acquisitions transactions, among other tasks. Within the management board of Pekabex Development, he is responsible for structuring development transactions and asset management.
